  We have been renting from this management company for over 6 years. They are prompt with making repairs and don't bat an eye at replacing dishwashers, ovens, and even our flooring when it was getting bad. I would recommend them to anyone.

  Our experience was dealing with them as a property management company. We were going to rent a condo from them. We signed the contract which stated what we would pay for which was gas and electric. The box which stated sewer, water, and garbage was not checked. After we had paid the deposit and signed the contract they called us saying they were not aware we had to pay sewer too. If you are thinking about going with them, do your research and read over the contract in detail. Make sure they contact the owner and HOA to find out what it is you actually pay for.
